This is an advisory, supportive consultation when you are not sure how well your pet is, what more can be done to make your pet comfortable for longer, what to expect after a “bad diagnosis” and what are the (often subtle) signs to watch for to know “it’s time” – and much more.
Includes home visit, clinical exam (if necessary), full history, decision-making guidance, QOL scoring, disease planning incl. medication recommendations & free prescriptions after to buy medication online and priority on home visits afterwards:

This is a “Meet & Greet” opportunity, well-suited for first time pet parents and for your pet to meet us while talking you through everything you need to know and all your questions answered. It’s the consultation for pet parents who would like to know more before to be fully prepared for what will happen, step by step.
It also gives us the opportunity to tailor everything to your circumstances, also for those animals who have more special requirements (due to disease, sensitive personality or behavioural/aggression).
Includes home visit (local area), meeting your special companion, information about whole procedure/what to expect, tailoring to your pet’s special personality & circumstances, recommendations for how, where and when to plan the best peaceful goodbye and special wishes.

Both non-urgent and urgent (extra fees apply) 7 days a week.
This appointment includes the home visit (Sussex, UK), a tailored & pain-free, deep sedation/anaesthetic, usually given by a totally unnoticed first injection and once your pet is deeply asleep, after 5-10 mins, the last final quick injection is given. (Please note normal vet practices do not commonly use pre-euthanasia sedations, which is our unique specialty to make everything very peaceful):

For the total cost, please choose a cremation type and add the price below to the euthanasia price. On your request, Vets2Home can respectfully take care of everything afterwards and arrange premium quality, dignified after-care with Chestnut Lodge Pet Crematorium & Cemetery in East Grinstead www.clpets.co.uk. Alternatively we can give you directions to the pet crematorium or you can keep your pet for home burial.
100% INDIVIDUAL/PRIVATE CREMATION: incl. respectful removal, handling and transportation afterwards to East Grinstead and remains hand-delivered back to your normal vet practice or (directly to your home for an extra fee depending on your area). Prices correct as of September 2020 (may change):

Dr Suzen’s vast experience dealing with difficult dogs at home enables her to tailor make a much deserved dignified and peaceful goodbye. This ensures a goodbye that is as loving as possible for your troubled dog. This service includes home visit (NATIONWIDE SERVICE), pre-assessment for best sedation approach to suit your dog.

Animal Hospice & Palliative Care Home Consultation ~1-2hrs
Includes the QOL assessment listed below (Option 1) PLUS intensive patient case review/2nd opinions with a personal, tailored medication & management plan. Possibility for on-going personal 24/7 supervision by Dr Suzen with on-going home support, medication adjustments and 24/7 VIP status.
