How can I be sure I am receiving my own pet’s ashes back?

How long does the pet cremation process take?
We prioritise a prompt service to avoid unnecessary delays. Typically, ashes are ready to be safely returned to your home or your primary vet within 7 to 10 working days. If you have chosen a bespoke or personalised memorial item, this may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated throughout.
Can I have my pet’s favorite toy or blanket cremated with them?
You are welcome to have your pet rest with their favourite small toy or blanket during transport and storage to provide comfort. However, due to environmental regulations, certain materials (like plastics or metals) cannot be placed inside the cremation chamber. We will always discuss these details with you to ensure your wishes are met respectfully.

Yes. We understand that loss doesn’t follow a schedule. Noah’s Angels operates seven days a week across the Sussex and Surrey areas, providing essential support and transport services on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure your pet is cared for without delay.
