Frequently Asked Questions

How do I arrange for my pet to be collected after they have passed?

We offer a professional collection service seven days a week. We can collect your pet directly from your home, your local veterinary practice, or any other location across Sussex and Surrey, ensuring they are handled with the utmost care by a qualified veterinary nurse.

In an individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone in a clean chamber, and their ashes are meticulously collected and returned to you in your choice of urn or casket. In a communal cremation, your pet is cremated respectfully alongside other companions; while their remains are handled with dignity, the return of ashes is not possible with this option.

Trust and transparency are at the heart of our service. Every pet in the care of Noah’s Angels is given a unique identification band that remains with them throughout the entire process. This strict protocol, managed by veterinary professionals, ensures that for individual cremations, the ashes you receive are all and only those of your beloved companion.

We prioritise a prompt service to avoid unnecessary delays. Typically, ashes are ready to be safely returned to your home or your primary vet within 7 to 10 working days. If you have chosen a bespoke or personalised memorial item, this may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated throughout.

You are welcome to have your pet rest with their favourite small toy or blanket during transport and storage to provide comfort. However, due to environmental regulations, certain materials (like plastics or metals) cannot be placed inside the cremation chamber. We will always discuss these details with you to ensure your wishes are met respectfully.

Yes. We understand that loss doesn’t follow a schedule. Noah’s Angels operates seven days a week across the Sussex and Surrey areas, providing essential support and transport services on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure your pet is cared for without delay.
